Actually, you just have to eat the right kinds of food for you to have a gorgeous appearance, radiant skin and glossy hair. You are free to purchase artificial products if you believe that these items can make you look better. However, you have to know that true beauty starts from within. In the end, it’s all about giving your body the proper nutrition that it needs.

1.) Maintain a diet that has all the colors of a rainbow. Eat grains, seeds, nuts, vegetables and fruits. By consuming all of these things on a regular basis, a sexier body can definitely be yours. More delicious meals are also expected to be served to you everyday. As you can see, step 1 is like hitting 2 birds with one stone.

2.) Have a stronger immune system. Focus on acquiring foods which are rich in zinc, vitamin K and C such as oysters, goji berries, blueberries, other kinds of berries, half cooked vegetables and fresh fruits. These foods can certainly help you in recovering quickly from common illnesses. They can also give you a supple and smoother skin.

3.) Aside from eating healthy foods, you should stay away from fast food, junk food and sweet treats as well. Just have more of vitamin C and have at least 8 hours of sleep everyday. Stay away from stress as much as possible for that would only give you a haggard and unpleasant look. Feel pretty and look pretty.

4.) If your skin undergoes inflammation all the time, then consume papaya and cucumbers. Actually, papaya can cure your scars and eliminate dead tissue from your skin. Cucumbers on the other hand can give you softer skin because of its great water content. These foods can certainly make you stand out among the crowd so consider including them in your everyday diet.

5.) Search for sugar alternatives. Sugar can only damage your teeth, give you eye bags and wrinkled and sagging skin. Thus, eat less sugar as much as you can. Avoid drinking sweet juices as well. However, black tea can actually prevent plaque from lingering around your teeth. Thus, if you want to achieve that killer smile, drink this beverage as often as you want.

6.) Drink more water instead of alcohol and coffee. Excessive hard liquor would only give you a tired, duller, yellowish set of eyes and sallow-toned and irritated skin. Thus, it would be better for you to hydrate your whole body with clean or fresh water. You can still drink alcohol from time to time but keep things in moderation.

7.) Achieve a more elastic skin. Consume foods that are rich in bioflavonoids and vitamin C such as black tea, cantaloupe, broccoli, bell peppers, oranges and other citrus fruits. These foods would definitely keep your skin looking young despite the intense heat coming from the sun and the smoke being emitted by all the vehicles in the street.

8.) Eat more tomatoes. This vegetable has a high fiber content which can help you achieve a gorgeous form. It has vitamin A as well which can give you a smoother skin. Tomatoes can simply protect you from the sun’s harmful rays. Thus, if you want to maintain the healthy skin that you have, then come up with food recipes which have this vegetable in them.

9.) Consume foods which are rich in omega 6. Avocados, a jelly sandwich with a sparingly added jelly and whole wheat bread and peanut butter are perfect examples for this kind of food. Omega 6 takes good care of the skin all over your body so don’t forget to have this nutrient in your meals.

10.) Now that you already have omega 6 in your diet, it would be best for you to have omega 3 in it as well. This nutrient is found in salmons, walnuts, flaxseeds, sardines, herring, trout, mackerel and tuna. Other fatty acids are also a must have in your regular meals. Fish, flaxseed, borage and primrose oils have these acids. They are responsible in keeping your nails in top shape.

11.) Maintain a young looking face with foods rich in vitamin E. Vegetable oils, seeds, nuts, dry roasted almonds and pumpkin seeds are the items that you should stick with for you to prevent people from guessing your actual age. As you can see, you don’t need to purchase all those anti aging creams just for you to stay young and fresh.

12.) Drink lots of green tea. This beverage can keep your body well hydrated and healthy at the same time. However, this tea is not a complete substitute for water. You would still need to drink at least 8 glasses of H2O on a regular basis.
