What direction to turn a Tiolet Water Shut-off valve to close the value and turn off the water?

To close the valve to a Tiolets water shut-off valve, you want to turn the valve "Clockwise" or to your right.

To open the water flow to a Tiolets water turn-off/ on valve, turn the value "Counter Clockwise" or to your left.
