What's an alternative for Cable Crossovers?

I'm looking for an alternative to Cable Crossovers. I don't have a cable crossover machine, what can I use to simulate a cable crossover?

To simulate a Cable Crossover, you can wrap a resistance band around a post (or rack cage) and do crossovers with bands.
