What are some exercises the target the upper chest muscles?

Here are some good upper chest workout routines:

- Incline bench press (either dumbbell or barbell, different angles).
- Incline dumbbell twisting (pinky fingers touch)
- Low Cable Pulley Reverse Pullover
- Straight Bar Reverse Pullover (cable)
- Incline Flyes or Cable Crossovers (finishing move)

The pacing of the exercises should NOT be too quick.
