Which side of Aluminum Foil should face out when Grilling?

Should the shiny side or dull side of Aluminum Foil be on the outside, touching the grill when using to Grill food?

When wrapping food with Aluminum foil, you'll typically want the shiny side touching the food (inside/inner) and the dull side on the outside. This is due to the fact that the shiny side is more reflective and so when your food heats up, it will reflect more heat back into the food. In other words, the shiny side will radiate heat better than the duller side.
