Neosporin ointment is used in first aid to help prevent infection and for temporary relief of pains or discomfort in minor: cuts, scrapes, burns

Aloe vera is a fast treatment. The only thing you need to pay attention is that you use a 100% aloe gel. Certainly, if it is a serious burn you have to see a doctor.
