What are some ways to cover up a wall phone jack outlet?

How can I decoratively hide a wall telephone Jack that is no longer being used in my kitchen?

You can get a blank white outlet cover at Home Depot or Lowes and paint it if your walls are not white. They also make decorative blank outlet covers and silver covers that you can also get there.

You could also cover the telephone jack outlet with a picture.

standard covers do not work as the jack plug sticks out too far
