If I have never been allergic to cooked cashew nuts and I eat the raw cashew nut oil can I become allergic to cashews as a result?

If I bit into the raw shell but didn't actually eat the nut because I couldn't break it open but had an inflammation (allergic) reaction- can this have a long term allergic effect whereby I can no longer eat cooked and well prepared cashews? Or is the oil (urushiol) of the raw cashew considered as a seperate and distinct product and as long as I don't eat that oil again, I should be able to eat cooked cashews?
