Why is my kitten running all over the place and acting insane?

Why is my kitten acting out? How do I curb this behaviour?

Unfortunately, what you describe as insane is most likely standard kitten behaviour. Kittens are known for being extremely active, playful and full of life. This is no cause for panic as the kitten will mellow out as it gets older. Don’t lock the kitten up in a room as this will only serve to frustrate her and cause her to freak out even more. What you can do is pick up some interactive toys for her to play with and maybe a scratching post. After a few months your kitten will eventually outgrow this phase.
