Why does my cat that just got spayed keep hiding?

Is there a particular reason why my cat that just got spayed keeps hiding? How can I coax her out of hiding?

Put yourself in your cat’s shoes. Spaying is a serious surgical procedure and your cat is probably still feeling the effects of the anaesthesia. This is why probably she isn’t feeling too sociable at the moment. Allow her some privacy and space and talk to her in a soothing manner. Give her more attention and affection than usual to make her feel better and she should bounce back to her usual self after awhile.
