Howard Stern practices Transcendental Meditation and has said publicly that he has for over 30 years. He has also said that Transcendental Meditation helped his mother cope with the depression she was suffering from. He saw the amazing improvement in his mother, which was the catalyst for him to start practicing meditation himself.
