Hemp milk is a perfect and nutritious alternative to dairy and skim milk especially for people who are lactose intolerant and those who have soy allergies. Hemp milk boasts high levels of omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids that are very friendly to the heart and brain. They can also strengthen the immune system and prevent certain illnesses. How Hemp Milk is Made
Hemp milk is made by grinding and pulverizing seeds from industrial hemp plants. Usually the resort to drinking skim milk but there are also other people who are allergic to the drink and many does not like the taste.
