What do you do when you feel stressed?

Some people will eat junk food when they get stressed, however this will not be good for you in the short or long run.

You best bet, is to get out and get active... go running or workout to relieve your stress. Meditation will also help tremendously to reduce your stress levels. Those are proven ways to reduce your stress levels.  Eating a healthy diet will also be good for you.
