The measurement for a standard queen size matress is: 60"x 80" or 5'-0"x 6 '-8"

Keep in mind, there are several queen size beds.

Queen Bed Size dimensions: 60" x 80"
California Queen Bed Size dimensions: 60" x 84" (4 inches longer than standard Queen)
Expanded Queen Bed Size dimensions: 66" x 80" (6 inches wider than standard Queen)
Super Queen Bed Size dimensions: 66" x 80" (6 inches wider than standard Queen, also thicker)
