Should biceps and triceps be trained on different days?

Should you workout your biceps and triceps on different days? Or does it not matter to train them both on the same day?

Some bodybuilders will work biceps and triceps on the same day, however typically you're better off working them out on different days in order to get maximum pump. For instance, a better option would be to workout Chest & Biceps on one day, then workout Shoulders & Triceps on another day.
