Does euthanasia hurt the dog?

Can dogs feel pain when they undergo euthanasia? How much pain do they feel?

Dogs feel no pain whatsoever when they undergo euthanasia. What happens during the process is that they are injected with two medicines: the first is what puts them to sleep until they are unconscious, and the second medicine injected stops their heart.
