My older cat who recently began showing signs of weight loss, has begun meowing around his water bowl (low meow), as well as pawing at the water and splashing water all over the floor. Why is my cat pawing his water bowl and meowing? Is my cat trying to tell me something is wrong healthwise? Should I take him to the vet?
