Why is my cat acting different after a catfight?

Why is my cat acting in a strange way after going through a catfight? How can I make him feel better?

It’s not unlikely that your cat’s pride is wounded if he has lost the fight. Cats are also largely territorial so that may be the reason as to why he is acting the way that he is. Take a trip to the vet to make sure your cat doesn’t have rabies or an injury from the fight. Give your cat some treats and the space that he needs and make sure to reciprocate when it shows affection towards you. It probably just needs some time to get over the shock of the cat fight.
