Certain folders not showing up when uploading a file to the internet using IE 10 with Windows 7?

I'm trying to upload certain Word files (or images), using the Browse button on a website, but I only see some of my folders within my Documents folder when using Internet Explorer 10 with Windows 7.  Attaching a file in EI10 doesn't show all files?

It seems as though certain folders are being blocked somehow. How can I unblock these folders, so I can access them when trying to upload things to the internet?

You can try the following turn OFF "Enable Protected Mode" in Tools > Internet Options > Security tab.
If this does not help, uninstall and re-install the Internet Explorer 10.
If the problem still exists, run Unhide from BleepingComputer, that finds and corrects malware issues.
