PDF to MOBI conversion problem?

I have a problem of converting Hebrew PDF files to a format which I can read on my Kindle HD. When I convert the pdf to .mobi , the font letters are shown correctly and not like a weird script or something, what ‘s wrong with my conversion job? Could you help me solve this problem? Thanks very much!

Hello, There are two free ways to change PDF to mobi for kindle reading, many Kindle users convert PDF to MOBI format using the free program Calibre, and anther way is Zamzar.com, which is a cool online file conversion tool that can convert a variety of file formats from one format to another, but you just need to upload the file, select the output format, enter your email and click convert, but it is not a safe way, because you have to upload your files to the internet, so chose the way depending to your needs.

It worked for me!!! So not sure if it'll work for everyone... But anyway it is worth a shot...
Take .pdf
Convert it into docx (Zamzar or online-convert or anything else) i use both these
Convert the .docx into .mobi

.pdf -> .docx ->.mobi -> :-D(me)
There's still some problem with the lines' alignment, but the mixing up of lines is solved.

Tried this with .pdf and also some books which I had pdfs of.
It worked....
