What medicine helps movement in CFS patients?

I have the non diagnosis of CFS. Over the years, I find that I can feel my body less and less- with thhis loss of feeling has come profound weakness. Conversely, I get very much worse in a noisy environment, and am photophobic. Anyone have any ideas? I'm not looking for a cure anymore (weaker & weaker for 28 years.) Any extension of feeling of strength and feeling would be appreciated.

If you do not have heart or blood vessel disease, increasing water and salt intake could be a safe treatment for you. Drink at least 2 liters of water and consume 10-15 grams of salt per day.
You can also try fluorescent-light treatment, physical and manual therapy as well as mild exercise.
