What is the best advice for grooming a cat?

How should a kitten be brushed? What are the best brushes for them?

Stick with small, gentle brushing and eventually develop to more vigorous brushing as the kittens grow up. You could also inquire from your vet the state of fur that your cat has on and what sort of brushes you can start out on. Kittens enjoy soft nylon bristle brushes and plastic bristle slickers with coated tips which are gentle on delicate kitten skin.
