How to restore deleted Facebook message.and now we both are not friends in Facebook .so can i recover those messages please help me please.?

I deleted my Facebook message between me and my friend but we are not friends in Facebook now .i try to recover those messages from mail but i saw words like couldn't find those messages. please help me....

You cannot restore deleted Facebook messages. Once it is deleted, it can't be recovered.
Facebook warns you through a pop-up window when you delete a message that it cannot be restored any more.
Some people say they could recover messages but they never show any proof.
