It really depends on how your package was shipped via FedEx, but it appears the earliest FedEx delivers to homes is at 8 AM. But I wouldn't be surprised that during the holiday season, they may start deliveries sooner.
FedEx Ground Home Deliveries (now seven days a week):
Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
FedEx First Overnight deliveries:
Delivery first thing the next-business-day morning by 8, 8:30, 9 or 9:30 a.m. to most areas and by 10 a.m., 11 a.m
