Yes, starting in 2020, FedEx will be delivering 7 days a week, due to more demand from online ecommerce shopping. So FedEx now does deliver packages on Sunday. Previously to 2020, FedEx would only deliver regular packages to residential homes on Sundays during the Holiday season.

FedEx announced on Twitter the following: "FedEx Ground will deliver to residences every day of the week beginning in January 2020, because shoppers don't run on business days – they run every day"
