How do I make my Facebook profile viewable to friends only?

How do I adjust the privacy settings for my profile? Is it possible to make it viewable to just my friends?

You can specify exactly what you want the general public, the entire Facebook community, friends of friends and your Facebook friends to see of your profile by clicking on “Privacy settings” under the “Account” button on the upper right hand corner of the home page.
