How can i know whose visiting my profile in facebook even when it isn't my friends?

i want to know who visit my profile on facebook even isnt my friends

There is no sure fire way of knowing, other then them regularly liking and commenting on your statuses and photos.

the top 8 friends box in timeline is complicated. Could be people who view your profile regularly, or vice versa, or both.
