How do you kill fungus gnats and eliminate them from your house?

A cheap and environment-friendly way to kill fungus gnats and their larvae is cinnamon. Just sprinkled some on the soil. You can also use hydrogen peroxide solution or pyrethroid-based insecticides,, but those are more dangerous chemicals.
