Her nipples become pink after 3 weeks of mating. This is most visible the first time a cat is pregnant. From that moment it will take six weeks until the kittens arrive. Pregnant cats become quieter and more loving. They sleep more and are not interested in male cats. If your cat is used to walking outside, she will voluntarily spend more time at home during feline gestation. A cat will want to eat more and more so give her enough food (her regular food mixed with kitten food). A few days before birth, her appetite will decrease again.
