This red wine cooler can be a refreshing drink all year long, but goes down especially well during the summer months.

Ingredients

  • 4 fl oz red wine (chilled), dry red wine is best
  • 2 fl oz lemon-lime soda
  • 2 fl oz ginger ale
  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

Pour the chilled red wine, lemon-lime soda and ginger ale into an ice-filled Collins glass filled half way with ice cubes. Stir well. Then garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
