Why can't I hear Instagram videos when unmuted?

I can't hear Instagram videos when they are playing with the mute button turned off. How come the volume on Instagram videos is not loud and theirs no sound?

To hear volume when watching Instagram videos, first make sure the Instagram video is unmuted. Then be sure that your iPhone ringer is ON (phone mute switch needs to be un-muted), then turn up the volume on your phone. You should now be able to hear sound when playing an Instagram video on your iPhone.
