What does "instagram would like to post to your friends on your behalf" mean when finding Facebook Friends with Instagram?

I am trying to find Facebook Friends with Instagram, but when I click on Facebook Friends button, I get the following message "instagram would like to post to your friends on your behalf". What does it mean?

It means that Instagram may write anything they want on your wall. Many applications do that, so if you allow it, they will write on your wall things you are not aware of but your friend will think you wrote that.
