When will there be a Verizon iPhone?

When will iPhone users be able to use Verizon as their cell phone carrier?

I would say at the earliest would be sometime in 2012 when Verizon gets their "4G" wireless network fully working throughout the U.S. Ultimately, it will be up to Apple to decide when they want to support Verizon, and not just offer the iPhone exclusively to AT&T customers.

From the sound of Verizon's CEO Ivan Seidenberg last Thursday, he did not seem very up beat on getting a Verizon iPhone on their network any time soon.

If reports out today are to be believed, Apple may release the iPhone 4 on Verizon as early as February 3rd, 2011.
