When will Facebook launch Buy With Friends?

Facebook is going to launch a new feature called ‘Buy with Friends', which will allow users to share purchases in their update stream with friends. This will likely compete with Groupon and Google Offers. Any idea when 'Buy with Friends' will be released?

Facebook did test runs of it's Facebook Deals, and after 4 months has decided to shut down its daily deals program. But Facebook is deciding to keep it's Check-In Deals going, which are deals that are offered when a person checks in to a place.

"Facebook’s announcement of closing its local deals business merely four months after it started has sent mixed signals for the future of the daily discount business."
