What is causing the Error 349 Duplicate headers received from server in Google Chrome with .pdf files?

What is causing the following Error 349 in Google Chrome browser when viewing or uploading .pdf files:

Duplicate headers received from server
The response from the server contained duplicate headers. This problem is generally the result of a misconfigured website or proxy. Only the website or proxy administrator can fix this issue.
Error 349 (net::ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION): Multiple Content-Disposition headers received. This is disallowed to protect against HTTP response splitting attacks

This error is caused by recent changes to Google Chrome. The PDF file you are trying to view or upload most likely has a comma "," in the file name which Google Chrome does not like.

So remove the comma from the filename for .pdf's to work correctly in Google Chrome. Or alternatively, you should be able to view, download or upload .pdfs with commas in the filename with Internet Explorer 9 and/ or Firefox. So I'd recommend using those two browsers for "viewing" and "uploading" if you can't change the file name.
