BS stands for Blown Save in baseball pitching stats.

Blown Save-when a relief pitcher (normally a closer) comes into the game with a save opportunity (his team winning the game by 4 or less runs usually in the 9th inning) and the "closer" allows the game to become tied or potentially loose.
