One of the seller from usa sent me a parcel about 5 day's ago. (I paid through paypal invoice). Till now, in the usps website
Tracking condition: Pre-shipment
Status of items: Electronic Shipping Info Received
What does usps pre shipment status means? I asked the seller, he did not replied.
Did the seller send me the parcel or not? I should contact with paypal or wait?
Can anyone advice me what should I do?
