I Am Not Able I Sync Apps From My Computer To My IPhone 3G Using iTunes, Why and What Do I Do To Get The Apps Installed Onto My IPhone?

When I'm On iTunes and when I sync apps to my Iphone It won't work. The Apps just Disappear before the syncing was over.
