How to retreive message that was deleted from facebook in 2011?

I am trying to recover a message that was send to me from but cannot get through can u help

Unfortunately it is not possible to retrieve any deleted messages on facebook. If a message is deleted, it can't be recovered. Even a pop-up warns you when you delete a message.
There are rumors saying that some messages could be restored but I have never seen any proof of that.
