How often should I clean out my Cats Kitty Litter Box?

How often should I be cleaning out my cats kitty litter box? How often should I replace the kitty litter completely with brand new kitty litter, and clean the entire kitty litter box?

If you have one cat, you should replace litter twice a week. Scoop feces out of the litter box daily.
