Can I recover deleted emails in yahoo?

Is it possible to get back deleted emails in Yahoo email?

You can easily recover a deleted message as long as it is in the Trash folder. Open the message, click Move in the toolbar and select Inbox to recover the message.
If it is not in the Trash folder anymore, you can ask Yahoo to restore emails that were deleted during the past 24 hours. First forward all emails received yesterday and today to a different email address, otherwise they will be lost. Then ask Yahoo to restore your account to the state at the desired time from a backup copy. You need to fill this form: Yahoo! Mail Restore Help Form,
Do not forget to forward any new mails until your mailbox is restored.
