Can everyone see everything that I post on Facebook?

Is my profile viewable to everyone on Facebook? What about my activity?

What the general public or your friends see on your Facebook page is entirely up to you. Facebook allows you to tweak your privacy settings for each individual feature (e.g. photos, wall posts, links, etc.). You can allow ‘everyone’, ‘friends of friends’, ‘friends only’ or specific people out of your friends list to view your Facebook activities.
