The minority

When ever I touch an app on my iPhone 3g it kicks me off in the first 2 seconds how do u fix that

Try turning the iPhone completely OFF, then turn it back on. Just like computers, iPhones need to be turned off occasionally, so memory/hard drive get rid of any bad sectors.

If that doesn't fix your problem, then you may need to do a Restore. Just back up your phone before doing a restore, so you don't lose any data.
