The easiest way to search within Stored Procedures for text values is to download Red Gate's FREE "SQL Search". You can search Stored procedures, Triggers, Functions, Tables, Views, All Objects. This free tool makes DB administators life a lot easier!

After you download and install SQL Search, you may need to restart your computer. Then open, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and you will see a "SQL Search" button on the top toolbar.
