Will employees at Lowes or Home Depot cut foam board insulation, so that it can fit in my car? I can't fit a 4'x8' piece of foam board in my car, and only need 9" tall pieces of the foam board to insulate around the rim joists in my basement. Will they cut foam board for you, or can I bring a utility knife and cut it myself?
