Lynda Carter has been married twice. Her first marriage was to her former talent agent Ron Samuels from 1977 to 1982. In January 1984, Carter married a Washington, D.C., attorney named Robert A. Altman, law partner of Clark Clifford. They have two children, James and Jessica, and live in Potomac, Maryland, near Washington, D.C..
