What time does Super Bowl kick off actually start?

When is the kick off time for the Super Bowl. In other words, at what time does the first play of the game start... Is it at 6:30pm or is it later?

Most likely, Super Bowl XLV 2011 will kickoff probably just after 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. In past years, the Super Bowl has had a 6:30 PM EST kickoff, but the actual kickoff was 6:32 PM.
