Facebook Creep means "1. to spend a ridiculous amount of time on facebook, usually when procrastinating, bored. 2. to look up persons whom you are not associated or affiliated with and/or do not have intention of being pals with in real life because of some amount of prospective weirdness, hotness, lameness or different limiting factor".
