BRAT in text means Annoying.  BRAT generally refers to a Spoiled Rotten child.

Brat isnt an acronym it is a word describing and I'll behaved or annoying child
1: My little sister is such a brat!
2: Stop being such a spoiled brat!
3: Their children are very bratty
4: they tend to act like annoying brats
