Yes, the U.S. stock markets (New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq) and Bond markets are closed on Monday in observance of Presidents Day. Presidents Day is also a federal bank holiday.

The U.S. stock markets resume normal trading hours on Tuesday following a three-day holiday weekend for Presidents Day, which celebrates George Washington's birthday.
